Courtney helped the reviewer sell this property

We genuinely cannot recommend Courtney Pitman enough!

From the moment we met Courtney, completely by chance, she went above and beyond for us. She wasn’t even the listing agent for the property we were buying, but that didn’t stop her from becoming such an important part of our journey. Courtney didn’t just hear us — she genuinely listened. She took the time to understand what was important to us, answered every question with patience and honesty, and made us feel like we always had someone in our corner. Her knowledge of the market and the area was incredible, but it was her willingness to help that really stood out. From following up with the listing agent to calling Auckland Council to make sure our rubbish bins were delivered, Courtney never once treated something as “someone else’s problem”. No matter how big or small, if there was something she could do to help, she did it. She was proactive, professional, honest and, most importantly, genuinely cared about us and our experience. We honestly don’t know what we would have done without her. Courtney has a way of making you feel like more than just a client — she treats you like family. We feel incredibly lucky that our paths crossed and so grateful that we had the privilege of working with such a wonderful person.
