We couldn’t have asked for a better agent than Courtney Pero. From the very first meeting, Courtney was fantastic to deal with — genuine, approachable, incredibly knowledgeable and always excellent with communication. We always felt like we knew exactly what was happening and that we were in very capable hands. Courtney made what can be a stressful process feel remarkably simple. She recommended excellent contacts for cleaning and staging, and her attention to detail around presenting and marketing the property was outstanding. Her marketing was effective and, importantly, she genuinely understood how to position the property in a challenging market. One of the things we appreciated most was Courtney’s honesty. She was upfront about what she believed the property was worth and the challenges the current market presented. She never over-promised just to win the listing, which gave us a lot of confidence in her from the outset. The result on auction day was fantastic. Against what the market statistics suggested was possible, Courtney and her team delivered an excellent outcome and got the property sold under the hammer. A special mention also has to go to Courtney’s team and the auctioneer she selected. The whole team worked seamlessly together, and the auctioneer did an outstanding job on the day, creating the right atmosphere and managing the auction exceptionally well. We are incredibly happy with the result and genuinely feel Courtney went above and beyond for us. She worked hard, communicated brilliantly and surrounded herself with a great team. We would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Courtney to anyone looking to sell their property.
