If you’re looking for a lady whose knowledge, communication and diligence are second to none then this is the agent for you. We aren’t the easiest people to please so Courtenay definitely had her work cut out for her. Courtenay even took the time to drive us around several properties and her knowledge of the area was very helpful given we were out of town buyers. Nothing was too much and she handled difficult negotiations with complete transparency and grace.
