Cory was recommended to us by a friend in Stratford. We wanted to sell our rental quick and we needed someone who was going to take on the difficult task, especially as we had a tenant. He was super knowledgeable in regards to way the rental laws worked as he owns one himself. This was amazing, as I could ask questions and he would give me honest answers.
