Cory is the most patient, professional, courteous, respectful, polite and understanding agent I/we have ever dealt with. He had no qualms with my brother and sister ringing or emailing with questions. He is always understanding when dealing with my elderly parents and explaining any and all processes. His marketing was spot on and resulted in the highest amount of offers for a single property. The cleaners that he arranged for were also first class and professional. I wish they could do my house permanently! He kept us informed every step of the way. Even the presentation of the offers went smoothly. I am more than happy to recommend his service to any and all. If/when I have to move I would definitely contact Corey. We we also very impressed with the staging. In fact if I could have afforded to buy the property I would have stipulated keep the staging!!!
