We have been blown away by the amount of effort Coralie put into selling our house in Twizel, and are very happy with the final outcome. From our first contact, she was full of information and suggestions for us, and played a huge part in preparing our house for sale. Many times, Coralie went above and beyond what you would expect, willingly assisting us with finding and directing the various tradespeople we ended up using. We were very impressed with the listings that Coralie put together - great photos and excellent descriptions. Coralie kept us well informed about viewings and feedback from potential buyers, and provided sound advice on how we should respond to offers. And she played a large part in cementing the final offer and getting the house sold. If we were selling (or buying) another house in Twizel, we would would absolutely use Coralie again.
