Coralie was very complete, detailed and responsive with the whole sale process beginning with the property appraisal, weekly updates on marketing and presentation of an offer and the closing of the contract. He and her office's documentation flows were very complete and efficient. I found the detailed weekly marketing updates very useful in terms of buyer feedback but also at what stage each prospective purchase was at. She was very amenable to discussions around the selling price and was able to achieve a desired outcome. There are a lot of small but necessary items to take into account in a sale and Coralie kept track of those as well. As a seller if you are fast to respond to her requests for information, action points etc then she is quick to respond back. She has a very detailed knowledge and sales track record in the Twizel market and has had repeat customers which is helpful to the knowledge process. I would recommend her without hesitation.
