We have been dealing with Coralie for a few years hunting for a property to purchase. During that time Coralie has kept us well informed of the market and of new properties to the market, answered our many enquiries and given us honest feedback. We have finally found a property and Coralie has been excellent throughout the purchasing process. We highly recommend Coralie to anyone hunting for a property in Twizel!
Coralie had a great knowledge of the market and the best marketing option for the property. Her advice was realistic and she kept us informed of the enquiries and potential buyers. More than happy with our interaction with Coralie.
Coralie has been fantastic to deal with in all aspects of the sale of our home. Professional, prompt and so easy and down to earth to deal with . Definitely recommend Coralie to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Twizel area.
Coralie had the answers you needed and there are lots of local questions you need to know. I had plenty and she had the answers , didn't need to check and come back to me. We loved Coralie's straight up approach . She is fair to deal with for both vendor and purchaser alike. Didn't just tell you what you wanted to hear, we could have made some mistakes without her help. We wanted to buy from her and she got the job done. We would highly recommend dealing with Coralie.
Coralie has a really broad knowledge of the real estate in Twizel . Her service is professional , friendly ,timely and all this with a smile . Nothing is a problem to Coralie and looking at the real estate billboards it seems Coralie is the most popular and most sought after agent in the town . Thank you for the great service given to us.
Coralie is a very experienced and well informed real estate agent in the Twizel area. She goes over and beyond and really listens to your wants and needs. My husband and I both found her to be a very friendly, fun and knowledgeable person to work with and would highly recommend her to others! Thanks for the great job Coralie!!
My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Coralie at an open home. She put our minds at ease as she confidently answered any questions we had in regard to the property. With the information she gave us we felt that the property actually ticked all the boxes and was what we were looking for, and more. We put in an offer and with a few weeks we were very proud owners of a beautiful property, all thanks to Coralie. She went above and beyond in providing us with all the information we needed, we wouldn't hesitate to use Coralie again whether buying or selling.
Coralie did a fantastic job finding us a house and we will recommended her to others, Coralie was highly professional & organised. Coralie kept us updated on a regular basis. We were extremely happy with Coralie and would definitely work with her again should the opportunity arise. Would totally recommend her to anyone looking for an agent who not only works hard but works smart.
Coralie was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Purchasing a house from half way across the country was no easy feat. It was made easy every step of the way, no information or question asked was too hard for Coralie and were all answered promptly. Absolute pleasure to work with. Made purchasing a house as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Coralie made the sale of my house so hassle-free. She was professional and supportive with the whole process, which turned out to be surprisingly quick, and with a very good outcome. She kept me informed of what was happening on a need-to-know basis, which I had indicated was my preference. I know she put a lot of behind the scenes work into making the sale process easy for me – it was as though mine was her only listing at the time, though I know she had many others. Highly recommended for her professional, knowledgeable, hard-working, but relational approach.
Coralie has a wealth of local knowledge that’s assisted us greatly. Our questions were answered quickly and fairly for both us and the vendor. We’d certainly use Coralie again.
We have sold with Coralie before and are pleased to say that her energy and passion for real estate has not diminished. We came back to Coralie because of her honest and open communication, timely feedback and practical (no nonsense) manner. If you don't enjoy the typical salesperson stereotype and want to feel genuinely valued as a client - you will not be disappointed with Coralie.
