Not usually the best time to sell a property, nevermind in a declining market, but Coralie managed secure a sale that worked for both us and the purchaser. Her experience and contacts made the deal happen. We are grateful to work with Coralie again to achieve the result we were after. Great communication and easy to work with. Thank you Coralie!
Coralie is a gem. We have been searching for our first property for a while so have met a few different agents in different towns. Coralie is approachable, knowledgeable, and we really felt we could trust her. We now own the home of our dreams and it was partly due to her openness and genuine care that we had the confidence to take the leap. Thank you Coralie!
We have had the pleasure of buying and selling through Coralie. We have experience a helpful, personable professional lady who has ensured we have the best opt to sell our property with our expectation of how that looks being met. Thank you Coralie for your unwavering commitment.
Working with Coralie has been outstanding making the move to Twizel that much easier! Thanks heaps
Coralie was fantastic to deal with. In what some may call a tough selling market, Coralie presented multiple offers and worked tirelessly to execute. We have now brought and sold through Coralie and highly recommend.
Very helpful. Had all the information on the property. Didn't "sell" and pointed us in the direction of other properties that she wasn't listing to allow us to compare and contrast. Highly recommended - as either buyer or (as I suspect) seller.
We recently sold our place in Twizel with Coralie. From the out set she was genuine, great communication, very well organised and her knowledge of the area was great. The whole sale process was great from start to finish and the result we got was more than we expected. We would have absolutely no hesitation to use Coralie in the future or recommend her to anyone looking to sell. Big thanks from us
Coralie was super easy to deal with and had superb communication
Coralie sold us our section 5 years ago and based on that experience it was an absolute no brainer to recruit her as our agent when we decided to sell our house. Coralie helped us navigate a rapidly changing market with excellent advice and we were very happy with our result. Coralie is a such a genuine and positive real estate agent. We really appreciated her regular email and text updates. We highly recommend Coralie's skills. She is the bees knees!
I found Coralie, totally professional but understanding of my situation. It was not a easy situation I found myself in getting the banks onside.I was involved in several companies and had to get released of my financial commitments to these.Coralie kept me positive when the going got tough,I thank her for that and would definitely use her again in either a purchase or sale situation.
Coralie was very accomodating to my needs. A very pleasant experience.
