Connor worked extremely hard. This was a challenging purchase as we were out-of-town buyers and we had a limited time frame in which to buy. He visited properties we were interested in and videoed them for us. He was quick to respond to our questions and when he didn’t have answers on hand, he followed up in a very timely manner. He quickly learned what would and would not work for our specific needs, and helped us narrow-down the potential properties to a manageable level for our short ‘scouting trips’ to Christchurch. With his help we didn’t waste time looking at unsuitable properties. Connor clearly has a genuine love for his work and is prepared to learn new skills. Superb. We met Connor when we went to an open home he was hosting. We desperately wanted the house but we didn't have our finances in order. Connor stayed in contact with use for the time the house was still available. He then continued to help us look for properties once that house became unavailable. With selling my place, Connor just made everything so simple. He is an excellent communicator! He made himself available at any time and answered all my questions.
