Connie was great at explaining every step to me, going over all the papers and making sure I understood what was going to happen and when. Making sure I knew the timelines so that I was prepared. Connie has a great sense of humour which enabled her to understand me and my random thoughts. Her mental epistomology was such that we were on the same wavelength and she advised me on how I could be honest with the buyers so that there were no surprises to them. I would recomend her to anyone I knew who whas selling their house and if I ever have to buy another house I would use her. It is due to her that I got such a good price which far exceeded my expectations.

We have sold two houses through Connie. One when sales were going gangbusters and one recently, when everything was unpredictable and unclear. If you want a real estate agent who is super professional, highly respected, straight up, driven, realistic, optimistic, has a sense of humour, and delivers a sale with a fabulous result, then Connie is the person to engage. She is highly respected around the region and we were told by other realtors that we were in good hands. We'll second that.
