We had many worries upon buying our first home, especially not being from New Zealand originally. Processes here are very different than in South Africa but Colin was more than happy to answer all our questions. Colin was very professional in every aspect of our house sale. The promotion material and in particular the video was of a very high standard. He kept us fully informed with regular feedback emails. As our settlement happened in only 7 days, Colin also helped us with last minute moving of items and cutting of keys as requested by the purchaser. We couldn't have asked for more.
