Friendly, Approachable, and Professional

Cole was great to work with as we purchased our first home. She has a good understanding of the local market. She listened to what we were looking for and suggested we'd check out this home, when it came onto the market. Cole is approachable and easy to talk to while maintaining professionalism. She was open and honest in her communication, always quick to respond to any question, by email or text, we really appreciated this. Also, the time she made to meet with the various people inspecting the home as we worked through the conditions was great, she communicated with some of them directly, but we felt that she kept us in the loop as she did so. I loved Cole's enthusiasm, and I felt that she genuinely shared our excitement of buying our first house, when she shared a picture of the SOLD sign!
