Cole was exceptional at every stage. He gave me a really good deal. He let me be as involved as I wanted to be and showed a dedication and commitment from first meeting to deal closed in a way I’ve not seen elsewhere before. He even put his own gym equipment in our garage to help potential buyers imagine how the space could be better utilised and pulled up with his own trailer to store some of my excess furniture in his storage for me. Our house did not sell at auction (highest offer wasn’t what I wanted on the day) and the amount of time and effort and sales mastery Cole put into securing us not just one strong post auction offer but also a backup offer was incredible.
