When I first met Steph and Cody they looked over the house and gave some really great insights and suggestions. They picked up some things that other agents had missed as well. They have an excellent knowledge of the local market and provided really great advice about what we should and shouldn’t do to maximise the value of the house. As we worked through prepping the house for sale they kept in touch and got everything lined up and ready to go to market.
