Fantastic experience from start to finish

Working with Clem was genuinely a great experience. Her knowledge of the market was clear right from the first conversation - she had a confident understanding of what was happening locally and used that to give really practical, realistic advice. More importantly thought ooo time to understand what we were after! Her communication was outstanding the whole way through. We always knew what stage we were at, what was coming next, and she was quick to respond to any questions. She explained things clearly and never made anything feel rushed or confusing - especially as we keep going back with more and more little questions! Everything was handled smoothly, respectfully and with care, and it made the whole process feel a lot less stressful than it could have been. I’d happily work with Clem again and would recommend her to anyone looking for someone who genuinely looks after their clients.
