Claudia was personable, relatable and considerate. She listened attentively to what we wanted and needed, and always took our family into consideration. It was her ability to show aroha, manaaki and her wairuatanga that solidified her relationship with us. These were important characteristics and values to myself and Clinton. Claudia was fantastic at reassuring us through the processes unknown to us, and would often check in with us to see if we were ok. She always made us feel like we were her top priority and when ever we had a query, she was always available to our needs.
