From the time I paid the deposit on an apartment in Malvina Major in March 2018 until the day the day I finally moved in September 2019 Clare was always there to help with advice over the many delays. I was given five different completion dates by Rymans and I wanted to move straight from home in Khandallah to Burma Road. The house finally went on the market in May 2019 and I was given regular information regarding the number of viewings and interest. I accepted an offer on 31st May to take effect on 31st July and two days later I received a phone call advising me that I would not be moving until mid-September. An email to Clare resulted in a phone call telling me not to worry and she would speak to my purchaser after the long weekend.
