This is the second time now Clare has helped me purchase a property. She knows the area and it's demographics, she knows the market, she's an experienced agent knowledgeable in her craft, able to share insights about the people, places and properties in the area. I really appreciated the regular check-ins from Clare and speedy responses whenever I asked about something I didn't know or wasn't sure about, which was often! Clare has a good sense of humour which made communicating together really easy and fun! If I was ever in a position to purchase another property in Taupo, I would ask for Clare.
