Firstly, I know real estate agents can get a bad wrap, however this is not the case for Claire. Claire has been extremely friendly, honest, upfront and easy to deal with from the get go. Her communication and advice have been spot on since the start. I would not hesitate to sell my home with her again. I will be recommending her to all my friends and family who will be selling their homes. If all agents were like Claire, the housing market would be a better place. …not that they were low, just that we didn’t KNOW. Some people had said “I’ve never heard of Arizto - you need to go with [one of] the well known companies”. Which kind of seems sensible, but. We had known Claire’s husband Carl for some time, liked his proactive, strategic yet practical approach to life and figured he and Claire would likely do a good job. And they did. Their advice, curated through extensive experience, was invaluable whether marketing, current market forces, contractual matters or general issues and was proffered promptly and professionally. They were well informed about the joys and reasons for living in the area and had a very good grip on all aspects, amenities and advantages of our home. So, to sum up their service - they were very engaged (we felt like we were their ONLY listing - but, no), great communicators (and negotiators!) and a pleasure to entrust the selling of our home. Having sold a number of houses (eight or more) over time, Claire and Carl Taylor are undoubtedly the best.
