Claire is outstanding. She knows what she's doing, does what she says, always goes the extra mile, has amazing people skills, listens and accepts vendor decisions. She's intuitive and understands what you want. We're very very happy and highly recommend Claire.
Claire has been a pleasure to engage with while working my way through buying a first home. Very approachable and knowledgeable making what could have been a stressful time into a smooth easy process.
Thank you for the fantastic job you did in helping us find our new home. Your approachable and fun personality made the experience easy and straightforward for us first home buyers. We appreciated your quick and clear communication throughout the process. We would definitely recommend you to others looking for a real estate agent. Thank you again for all of your hard work!
As a vendor based overseas during the campaign to sell my late parents house, it was extremely important to partner with an agent that I could trust and who had the same vision for the property and I did. Within minutes of meeting Claire I knew that I had found the right person, someone with local knowledge and with genuine warmth and compassion. During the campaign Claire provided timely regular updates after each open for inspection and guided me through the sales process. The result was a quick sale to a young family and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I have no hesitation in recommending Claire to any potential vendors.
Claire is an absolutely amazing beauty inside and out! We bought and sold this property through her. She has been a true blessing to us! Her heart and compassion make her a stand out, she has always had our best interests at the forefront of everything. Her caring authenticity and professionalism are a few of the reasons we love her so much. Definitely the woman you want on your team to get the job done whether buying or selling
Claire was amazing to deal with. She gave great advice and kept me up to date with what was happening with my property. She sold my house for a great price and when there were a few technical issues near the end of the process, she stepped in and went above and beyond. I felt really relaxed working with her- more like a friend than a Real Estate Agent. I would recommend her to anyone to sell their property.
From the moment we stepped into the property we had an interest in, Claire was welcoming, articulate, bubbly, and very knowledgeable regarding the property. We had been looking to downsize, and the renovations on the house were perfect for our needs perfect. We’d recommend Claire to anyone buying or selling. We are extremely happy both with the way Claire handled our questions, and her positive, optimistic manner . Thanks Claire!
Claire was amazing from the start. She was honest, reliable and went out of her way to make our experience as stress less as possible. I would recommend her to anyone and would work with her again!
