Being first time sellers, Claire was clear and concise from the start and her knowledge was a key to making the whole process of setting up for selling a little less stressful. Even with a few spanners thrown into the mix from the council, a slower than expected market etc, Claire always remained fully committed and provided us with regular updates. What impressed us the most was her persistence with potential buyers, so making sure they always had our property in mind and selling it to them in a way that didn't scare them off. For buyers sitting on the fence, she really did a great job of creating a vision for them living in the property which ended up being a key to the eventual buyers signing on the dotted line. We would highly recommend her to any friend or family looking to sell.
