She achieved a sales price above my expectations and at the upper end of her valuation, one that was above others that provided valuations. This was done with what was a difficult property to sell. It had been rented out and had not been managed, was tired, unclean and what I would consider a nightmare to market. Throughout the sales process Claire communicated well, was at all times professional, her market knowledge, direction and feedback about the entire process was invaluable. We had numerous obstacles during the marketing process with open homes with collapsed trees on the day and other house maintenance issues. Claire handled these difficult situations very well and helped to see them resolved. Given I was not local to the area at the time and was trying to sell whilst at the other end of the country Claire kindly helped with problems that I would consider fell outside her responsibilities, for that I am extremely grateful. I would not hesitate to recommend Claire to anyone looking to sell or buy.
