We would highly recommend Claire when it comes to selling your home. She had great advice and was professional at all times. We really appreciated her keeping us informed with every step as it happened. We got a fantastic result. Thanks very much Claire, was a pleasure having you sell our home for us.
Claire is very professional for selling, with introducing all the attentions to buy a house and arrange everything in very high efficiency. She is always smiling and friendly. And due to the house selling feature, lots of communication need to be done in the off-work time, evening or weekend. Claire keeps a very quick response and dedicated to the work with a can-do attitude. We are satisfied with her work and service. Well done! And thank you!
Due to Claires excellent communication skills she showed she was more than capable to succeed in getting a sale. Claire demonstrated that she is a fair person and always showed respect for her clients. With Claires determined nature she achieved the best results for all involved with the purchase of our new home. Thank you Claire.
Claire sold us our property and was a very easy going, pleasant agent to deal with. Nothing was ever a problem and we are very happy with the beautiful house we purchased.
Claire was informative & professional throughout the process of buying our home, keeping us updated with care and attention, making what can be a stressful time, a breeze. We would highly recommend Claire whether you are buying or selling your home.
Dealing with Claire was easy. She was great to get in contact with and communicated with us well throughout the whole process. Would recommend.
Claire was absolutely marvellous. Kept us informed every step of the way and has great communication skills. If I was to sell again this would be my pick of agents, highly recommended.
Highly recommend Claire to everyone considering selling their property. We found Claire easy to work with and did a fantastic job selling our property. Claire always went above and beyond and it was a real pleasure to work with her.
Claire did an exceptional job of managing the sale of my mothers estate property and I am extremely happy with her service and the sale outcome. She achieved a sales price above my expectations and at the upper end of her valuation, one that was above others that provided valuations. This was done with what was a difficult property to sell. It had been rented out and had not been managed, was tired, unclean and what I would consider a nightmare to market. Throughout the sales process Claire communicated well, was at all times professional, her market knowledge, direction and feedback about the entire process was invaluable. We had numerous obstacles during the marketing process with open homes with collapsed trees on the day and other house maintenance issues. Claire handled these difficult situations very well and helped to see them resolved. Given I was not local to the area at the time and was trying to sell whilst at the other end of the country Claire kindly helped with problems that I would consider fell outside her responsibilities, for that I am extremely grateful. I would not hesitate to recommend Claire to anyone looking to sell or buy.
Claire was an excellent agent to work with, she kept us informed, gave good advice about pricing and we accepted an offer from the very first open home! As out-of-town vendors we felt confident to have Claire selling our home, and would certainly recommend her.
We arrived in Invercargill to view a pre-arranged prospective rental property. Other agents were not willing to be available when we were in town. Claire was. We both found her knowledgeable about realestate and were confident she had heard us when we told her what we were looking for. She negotiated a price and we signed up within a few hours. Claire stayed in touch throughout the process. We would have no hesitation using Tall Poppy again.
We dealt with Claire on a recent purchase We would have no hesitation in recommending her. Claire was open and frank and disclosed all details on the property. You wont be disappointed
