Claire was great. Was prompt in keeping us informed with what was going on. My wife complained that it only took a week to get an offer, easy money for Claire. I said it was better that way than a dragged out sales process. I believe it was quick because we had reasonable expectations and all 3 of us agreed to the sales plan that was suggested.
