Cindys communication skills were great. We had contacted her quite some time ago before we were ready to go to market. We asked for advice and she very willing gave this plus stayed with us through the journey of getting ready for the market. Realistic understanding of the market and kept us informed of what was happening on the hill. Once we went to the market it was a very quick roller coaster. Our expectations were a little higher but the market does dictate and we wanted a push. However there were not the numbers we had expected so needed to work within the climate of the time. Very quick communication after each open home. Interested that most of the people who kept on coming back to look were really a long way off acceptable price. Being our first auction realised as time went on it’s hard to be to definite around price with perspective buyers as most hope for a bargain. Auction was disappointing with only one bidder. At that point wondered if we should have gone to auction. However Cindy’s next stage and negotiation skills came into play over those five days. Therefore even although a little lower than expectations it was still a pleasing result. We thank Cindy for her efforts in a tricky market.

Cindy-Lee was very thorough taking us through properties she had sold recently in my area and I must say, it was very helpful to have that knowledge - she surely does know her stuff. Cindy Lee's style of communication suited me as she managed to get information across in a clear and concise manner. She communicated every step of the way.
