Stressfull purchase
Was told all issues with property upfront and was informed of everything. Had an issue with being given the final sales and purchase agreement, which had extra terms in it 3 working days before auction. My finance which was based on the auction pack and was in the process of being authorised for the auction, took 4 working days to get and got approval day of auction, so fpund out after buying I did not have finance. so as a first home buyer this has been an extremly frustrating and stressfull experience.
