Quick communicator and trustworthy agent

Cici was very communicative throughout the process and made the purchase easy. It was very easy to arrange the necessary inspections. Cici is also very trustworthy. She verbally shared that the vendor told her an item was fixed that had been picked up in a Building Inspection. During the final walk-through, it was found to be still an issue. As I had not received the confirmation in writing, I was concerned, however Cici is true to her word and had this matter resolved. I would trust her with any future purchases I make.
