Chris went the extra mile to make sure the sale of our proerty was done at an exceptionally high level and achieved the desired result.

Market knowledge and result was great and he did have to work to tidy up a few loose ends in relation to paper work. But his communication style is very over the top. Christopher got the job done but not without reminding us constantly of all his hard work. He lost sight that he/harcourts get paid handsomely for all the hard work, $40k 96hrs. Given this was not a happy time or sale for me there was little consideration given to the request for full privacy on Auction Day. My advice to him, let people give credit where credit is due, don't remind them every visit like they owe you something, because they don't, you are simply doing your job.

From the moment we met Christopher at the first open home, we were truly impressed with his friendly reception of us, his attention to detail and his prompt and consistent responses to any and all questions we had, and boy did we have plenty! Haha He was very professional and we were taken aback by the amount of time and effort he had put in to marketing this property and also ensuring the best possible outcome for both the vendor and the buyers. Our children attended every single open home, most possibly to get their hands on the lovely custom made chocolates with his name on them wrapped in red foil! Such a great touch.
