We had sold 2 houses and bought one with Rays team in the past and wanted to get Ray and Christine and Bec on the case for this house sale. We were given good clear advice on what to do to get the property sale ready and were provided with good discounted services and recommendations to achieve these suggestions. The services were mainly around decluttering and final cleaning and section maintenance for sale ready photos. From the day we listed no one came through any of the open homes, but the Harcourts agent caravan and listing networking got a buyer through the property and we had an offer on night 4 and a conditional contract. During the sale process, taking advantage of mortgage broker recommendations and builders report companies and even conveyancing solicitors for their excellent work and fair pricing, the team did not let off the gas even now as we are still trying to find a second house after the sale. Would recommend.

I dealt with Bec Willis primarily from requesting the initial private viewing, to meeting me at the house and guiding me through the process of potential multi offer strategy and potentially a solo offer. Everything fell into place extremely easily, with the team of professionals all working on the frontline and behind the scenes to help me find a house, on a very short settlement timeframe. Pre purchase inspection issues were not an issue with Bec coming back to the house and ensuring everything was completed as necessary.
