Christine was great! We didn't have our residency yet, but expected it any day. Unfortunately, we didn't get it until after the deadline. Christine was very responsive and served the seller and us well by letting us know that while there was an accepted offer contingent on the sale of the buyer's house, the seller had an escape clause if a better offer came along. So she encouraged us to keep the house in mind if we got our residency soon. We did and the rest is history!!
