Christine was very good at giving us advice based on what was happening in the local market and backing that up with examples of other relevant sales. She was always prepared to listen and respond to our concerns and had no hesitation in accepting our own input into the advertising of the property. Her willingness to go the extra mile was evident in her investigation into the feasibility of renovating our house and then, at the end, bringing in a builder for independent advice to help seal the deal.

We engaged Christine to sell or Mother's home in the Alandale Retirement Village. Due to circumstances beyond Christine's control the whole exercise was drawn out over a number of months.
