I was skeptical on first meeting Christian that an auction in late winter was the correct timing or sale method to choose, but Christian came armed with the stats to justify his decision. We followed his recommendation, and throughout the frantic house preparations, Christian offered sound advice and support (his trades people were excellent). Christian was consistently professional yet friendly and approachable, a natural on his field. He helped us obtain the best price (over expectations) in a difficult market. Having used many agents, he would be my top pick.
