Great communicator and helpful with all queries

We purchased our first home from afar, and Christeen was super helpful to provide any extra information we needed considering we weren't there. This included outside of working hours, as considering we are running a couple of hours behind NZ, all of our communication was done later in the evening for NZ! Really happy with how seamless the process was, so couldn't have asked for a better first home purchase experience.
