Through the sale of my fathers home and purchase of a new place for him Christeen has been professional, authentic, hard working and kept us up to date every step of the way. Our house was on the market for a relatively short time before Auction so the pressure was on but Christeen took this in her stride. We were on holiday for a good portion of the time the house was on the market and Christeen ran the marketing campaign superbly (even with the added complication of coming down with Covid)! Christeen's communication with us was frequent and clear, her market knowledge is superb. Christeen is also acting in the sale of the Townhouse we have purchased, and again has been excellent. We would highly recommend Christeen to anyone looking to sell their house.

Christeen, was running open homes as often as possible. She worked with other agents property managers etc. to get things done. She is experienced, knowledgable and professional. If she did not know she would find out quickly. We did not quite get the money we had hoped for but believe that is about the market rather than anything she could have done better. We were always kept up to date on what was happening at open homes etc. and she would communicate by phone and follow up by email. I have more homes to sell in the near future, and would be happy to have her as my agent.

Christeen recently sold our house in Mt Pleasant. She was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and calm throughout the process. We appreciated her attention to detail and her perseverance when things got a bit tough.
