Selling the house that has been a rental since 2012 was much looked forward to; maintenance jobs were done with some upgrades. Chrissy was a fabulous support as we worked through the jobs list and she once again helped with the staging to bring a tidy home to the market. The market itself was tough going with the Iranian conflict just getting going and being an election year plus a good number of houses in a similar price range being listed on the smallish market at the same time.
