We believe Chris's honesty with us and particularly prospective buyers helped keep a large number of buyers interested up to the auction. This in turn drove the auction dynamic towards a favourable outcome for us. Chris also made some suggestions such as carrying out asbestos testing and then completing a building report that turned out to be invaluable tools to be used for the sale of the property. The small things matter. While preparing the property for the first viewing Chris arrived with a lawn edging tool and tidied up the lawn along the footpath. He also arrived a little early before each open home with a leaf blower to have a quick tidy up. Staging the house with large print outs of virtual staging pictures was a fantastic idea and helped prospective buyers visualise what each room could look like. Communication is key and Chris kept us informed throughout the whole process. This kept us relaxed and at ease which was important as we were away on holiday for some of the time during the lead up to the auction.
