Every step of the way we were kept well informed and it just got better and better, most agents tell you a high price and then try to get your price down once they have the listing -not these guys, as we went along they kept giving us higher prices and they ended up selling the house for much more than what we expected so we are very grateful. The bidding at the Auction slowed right down and we put the final result and high price down to their experience and expertise, they really worked with the buyers to keep them going to as far as they would possibly go, they never gave up! We would definitely use Chris and Carmen again and highly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their home and achieve a great price.
