Chris has had to deal with a number of offers, once under offer he continued to market the property during the due diligence period. When the first buyer pulled out of the first offer , within days Chris had the second contract on the property. That has gone through now. As the property was empty, Chris came in earlier in the day on the open home days to vacuum and open windows to air the house. He even came across an ant infestation and sprayed all around in an effort to rid the property of the ants. This was achieved and he had to vacuum up the dead ants. Incredible- Also, even though I have been a real estate agent for 30 years prior to retiring, I listened to Chris’ very dependable advice, and by listening to him, and making the right decisions ( I did have to reduce my asking price in the falling market, with the result of a fair and reasonable offer). Chris’ reassurance and hard work together with his experience and impeccable ethics, not to mention his fantastic people skills, have lead to a great sale.
