Chris helped the reviewer buy this property

Going above and beyond

We can’t thank Chris, Pete, and Kes enough for making our home-buying journey such a smooth and exciting experience. From the start, Chris and Pete’s professionalism and genuine care stood out, they always offered helpful advice and answered all our questions. Their knowledge of the market and dedication to their clients (both selling and buying) truly sets them apart When we first got in touch with Chris about another property that was already under offer, he asked Kes to touch base with us to see if they could help us find something suitable. We gave her our (very long!) list of requirements, and just a day or so later, she called to say Pete had met with a new vendor whose property they were about to bring to market which she thought would be perfect. Kes went above and beyond to make us feel supported throughout the process. She arranged a private viewing before the house was listed and regularly checked in with us to see how we were feeling about it and whether it was the right fit for us. Thanks to this exceptional team, what could have been a stressful process felt seamless and enjoyable. We highly recommend Chris, Pete, and Kes to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!
