We had a really great experience working with Chris and would happily recommend him. From the beginning, his knowledge of the local market was clear. He took the time to properly research the property, point out what needed to be addressed before selling, and gave clear, practical advice on how best to present the house. Chris was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process, always generous with his time and happy to come around more than once to check progress. There was never any pressure, and the house was only put on the market once it was truly ready. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Chris managed the whole process smoothly, kept us well updated on how things were progressing, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He was also very considerate and respectful, particularly in supporting older people through the big change of downsizing, and helped us achieve a really good result overall.
