This very friendly, approachable couple work well together and they got our property sold in a matter of days. They are excellent in all areas of buying and selling because they understand the vendors and the buyers needs. Their organizational skills are second to none. They just get on and do it. In our case, an unexpected medical event meant we had to remain in Australia for a lot longer than planned. The tenants left and we couldn't get back until the day before the house went on the market. Chris and Arlene stepped in. They went far over and above what we expected. They cleaned, dusted and polished the inside (including the windows) then tidied up the grounds even mowing the lawns. A small repair was needed to the deck, they made sure this was done. Some vegetation was overgrown, they organized a contractor to come in. They kept us fully informed every step of the way (including many phone calls to Australia), organized stagers to come in, suggested how to improve parts of the outside (we got our son to do that part and he ended up requiring sutures in his leg), help sort roofing and building reports for the buyer and let us know the result and then negotiated settlement date very quickly because that suited us and the buyers. We could not have done this without them. Chris and Arlene are always well presented, not pushy, well organized, knowledgeable, informative and are simply a very nice couple. They are a credit to Professionals because they are simply the best.
