Along with this they are very effective communicators and kept us fully informed along the sale journey and I expect they did the same with prospective purchasers. It took us around 7 months to find the right place for us, and over that time what we were looking for changed. But Will was there from the first place we got serious on and then for a few that we missed out on along the way. Will was always patient and ready to show us around new places as they came up, at a moments notice and to work with our schedule. Will’s knowledge of the process and market was very helpful for us whilst navigating the process. Whilst we dealt less with Chris, we did chat at a few open homes and his warmth and kindness shone through.

Chris has a great eye for styling and presentation and provided keen insights on how to present the property to ensure that it would appeal to our target buyers. He was always available to provide guidance and feedback throughout the sales process. He’s just so easy to deal with always sorting out issues as they arise. Nothing was a problem for Chris. Will and Chris did a great job helping me to understand and go through the process of selling my property. I particularly appreciated the extra steps Will took, patiently explaining parts of the process that weren't clear, and showing me properties that came close to what I was wanting to buy. While the anticipated sale price of my property wasn't met, it came close enough for me to accept.
