They were invaluable in helping us deal with Body Corp, lawyers, council, builders, other agents, buyers and neighbours. Chris has a great eye for styling and presentation and provided keen insights on how to present the property to ensure that it would appeal to our target buyers. He was always available to provide guidance and feedback throughout the sales process. He’s just so easy to deal with always sorting out issues as they arise. Nothing was a problem for Chris. Will and Chris did a great job helping me to understand and go through the process of selling my property. I particularly appreciated the extra steps Will took, patiently explaining parts of the process that weren't clear, and showing me properties that came close to what I was wanting to buy. While the anticipated sale price of my property wasn't met, it came close enough for me to accept.
