Hello, I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service Chris Phillips provided as our agent. From the beginning Chris faced a nearly impossible mission- our house was unfinished on the inside and essentially just a shell. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we found ourselves in the position of needing to sell, which made the situation even more challenging. Despite these hurdles, Chris approached the task with remarkable determination and energy. He organized numerous open homes and private viewing, making sure to reach out to anyone who might be interested in taking on a project property. His dedication was evident every step of the way and I applaud the effort Chris invested in trying to find the right buyer.
