Chris helped the reviewer sell this property

Chris is THE most helpful, kind, effective RE agent I have met....

And that is understating it. There is nothing he won't do to make sure he sells your house, even vacuum while waiting for the next potential purchaser to arrive! I have bought and sold quite a few houses in my life and have never encountered an agent that I trust as much as Chris, not only to just sell the house but to make sure you get the maximum price possible. And always, always professional and courteous and demonstrating great market knowledge. If you are planning to sell your house and you don't list with Chris you are making a serious mistake.
