This property was superbly marketed by Chris who got it across the line with some unique challenges along the way. Little did we know that not only would we gain advantage from her sales skills but she is so down to earth and ready to get her hands and boots dirty (this is literally true) to help the sale. We got a quick sale in a difficult market that we were very happy with because of the solid price we sold for as well as being relieved of concern about a property so far away from where we were. I must say that Chris was not afraid to say "I will handle it" and she always did. She has a marvellous personal assistant Jaime who deserves words of praise here as well. They are a great team-- both of them are the brains and the brawn. I don't want to go into too much detail but I doubt whether there are many agents who could have dealt with the issues that arose (these were special and unique) in such an efficient and effective manner. I have no doubt we would have been knee deep in it if not for her great efforts. She has a team of tradies and others she mobilized when needed and all was well in the end. We also used Chris for our sale of a house in town in which shined there as well helping to make the transition for the tenant smooth for all.
