We found Chris to be personable, easy to relate too and a good communicator. Although we did not sell at auction we later accepted a due diliagence conditional offer. Rather than waiting the outcome of this offer Chris persisted on continuing a proactive sales process during this period. Because of this within 4 hours of the original offer falling over Chris was able to present another better offer.
