They research extensively both similar houses in the area and potential purchasers. They use social media to the full extent (not like the 'older' agents. I recently sold two properties which had been in our family for many years. Chris was an absolute pleasure to work with. The whole process was incredibly easy for me. He was very professional, honest and has a great understanding of the market. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was very responsive to any queries I had. I would thoroughly recommend him and his team. Thanks for the great service.

I don’t generally like real estate agents. They are hard to trust and I think of them as selfish and self-serving. I do like Chris Harvey! Work with him and let him change your mind about real estate agents. I cannot put into words or properly describe how grateful our family is for his kindness, professionalism, and dedication, but mostly the kindness and understanding. His kindness extended to the whole family, my parents included. He came to auctions and held our hands. Explained everything in layman’s terms so that I could understand. Was able to text when I couldn’t call, rang when I needed him to, and reassured and comforted me. I will never go with any other agent ever again and would not hesitate to recommend him! My child’s school’s motto is: ‘not self, but service’ and I think Chris exemplifies this completely. Even when there was nothing in it for him, he came with the family to viewing after viewing - when I messed up the paperwork, when I loved a house and then changed my mind overnight. No impatience or frustration, just understanding. Thank you for everything, it was our lucky day when we found you.

It was really awesome to have Chris help us with selling our property, he gave us lots of valuable suggestions and gets everything sorted. Thank you Chris!
