Chris made the selling process easier during a tough market

We bought our house in Kelson through Chris back in 2019, and when it came time for us to sell, he was our first choice by a mile. Chris has a very strong working knowledge of the Kelson market - we often refer to him in our house as King of the Hill! Chris is calm and confident and maintains his positive approach throughout the entire process. He’s very diligent and solutions-focused, always looking for ways to successfully navigate the next step of the process. We had full confidence that Chris would sell our house, even during this current tricky market. He instils trust and confidence in both buyers and sellers (we’ve experienced both) and takes a strengths-based approach. We always felt that Chris truly valued our property, as he always spoke highly of it and the positive attributes that it presents to prospective buyers. This gave us the confidence to hang in there.
