Chris and Anah provided us with a plan to market our property that ultimately led to a sale. It wasn't till we put a price on the property that things started to happen. After 36 years we were downsizing and could meet the market. Our driveway had to be tackled in reverse and we thought about offering driving lessons to prospective buyers that would be freaked out. Our back yard although large was not easily accessed. So all in all not a walk in the park to sell. Both Anah and Chris always remained optimistic and this was needed with us staring at the prospect of having two properties and being forced into being landlords on a rental. Also going through the who sale process again a year or so down the track. We chose Chris in particular because he gave so much inside information on the property we were trying to buy. Anah and Chris both have a cherished pet like ourselves and this lead to many enjoyable conversations We also shared their grief as both their pets had troubles. We are happy to say that we consider Anah and Chris friends and are very thankful of their persistent efforts with open homes. Of course we would recommended them to market houses for others.
