Chris helped the reviewer sell this property

We wanted a speedy sale and Chris achieved this for us.

Our new accommodation was not available until after the market started to slow down, so we didn't expect to reach the new RV. Chris proposed a marketing strategy designed to bring several viewers to the sole open home and three to make offers. There was only one open home because the sale took only a few days. This is in contrast to several local properties which have not sold after weeks on the market. We have found Chris and his PA Debbie very easy to work with.
