Very satisfying experience dealing with Chris. He has been attentive to our requirements and understanding of where we want to end up regarding price and conditions.

Chris had the experience, empathy and patience to get a sale through to a more than satisfactory conclusion in the most challenging of situations. With the two owners of the house going into Care and one of them dying in the middle of the sale process the skills Chris possessed were well and truly put through their paces. He remained totally calm and unruffled at all times and ensured that the owners were well and truly involved in the whole process (as long as possible!). The house was in a Family Trust with one member of the Trust in the UK…which complicated matters even more but Chris took it all in his stride. Communications were clear and prompt. Chris went out of his way to help with the Earthquake requirements which was a huge help to me when I was feeling overwhelmed…and totally voluntary on his part. Chris dealt efficiently and effectively with all associated parties eg the Staging Company, photographer and House Clearance Company. He kept us all up to date with the results from the Open Homes and I felt that I had a clear impression of progress at all times. In such a stressful time it was great to be working alongside someone who was friendly and cheerful. He cared about each member of the family and from conversations was obviously the same with all the potential purchasers. At absolutely no time did I feel that this care was all about ‘the sale’. It was genuine and much appreciated. Thank you Chris. It may be cliché but you truly deserve a medal!
